Mmmmm… miniature

Baking, creating, designing, and decorating custom cakes is fun and really draws on being creative.  But selling to the Foodservice industry also has its rewards.  They love what you make right away, they work quickly and you have the pleasure of choosing how to decorate!!  For a beautiful beachfront restaurant these little treasures donned the dessert platter for their Holiday High Tea.

About the cake:  Red Velvet with Cream Cheese Frosting and Lemon Coconut cake with Lemon Coconut Buttercream
