Hello World,

This is my very first post. It’s February 24th, 2010.  There is nothing that is extremely special about today other than I began a blog for my company, which is really exciting!!  It’s a milestone!

My name is Theresa and I live in Valley Stream on Long Island in the wonderful state of New York.  I really enjoy baking and decorating cakes, cookies, brownies, etc.  I’ve started New York Cake Co and I sell cakes and all sorts of delicious baked goods for all types of events.  It’s my passion and you will soon see how passionate I am about it.
